BARCELONA, Spain — A pharma company that sells Viagra for $1 for $1.20 a day and a cheaper generic alternative has been given the green light to settle charges that it has agreed to pay millions of dollars in fines and penalties for selling fake versions of the drug Viagra for less than the price of the original.
